I am a very light packer. But two things I will not be forgetting on my 2000 mile kick scooter around Italy later this year, will be my DAZER to fight off all the rabid dogs.

And my adventure mascot, Bear.

Bear and I have just been reunited after he went on a cycle across the USA post Missouri, with personal trainer, Ben Stiff. He is now back, without any clothes or manners. How rude.

He will be writing his own stories and tales from Italy. So watch this space. His language is not for children.
